We met Jennifer for the first time when we came to the showing in Pleasant Hill. We did not buy the property but were left with a long lasting first impression of professionalism, dedication, knowledge, and personal service at all levels. Jennifer exceeded all of our expectations and stayed in touch throughout the next few months emailing us with properties that were available and showing us several properties in Danville, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, and Pleasant Hill. When the time came to sell our family home in Martinez, Jennifer was the only choice because of her knowledge of the market, integrity, and personal level of service. We decided to leave on vacation and have Jennifer take care of the sale of our home. Jennifer used professional photographer, staged our home, had the house cleaned spotless so it looked like a model home and drew so much interest in just a few days we had the best offer we could hope for. Jennifer correctly priced the home but we received and accepted an offer well above asking price, and negotiated free rent back! Jennifer assisted us in finding a rental property until we found a perfect townhome in Moraga. Once again, Jennifer represented us as buyers and used her professional skills to close the deal quickly, efficiently, negotiating all the necessary repairs in our favor. We moved to our new home knowing that we got the best deal and best representation in the area!

Working with Jen on the recent sale of our house was a pleasure. She was highly organized, communicated with us throughout the entire process and even anticipated our questions so we knew exactly what to expect.
