Once we had the Seller’s budget in place, they handed us the key and we got to work! We met with our stagers to select paint colors for the walls, trim, ceilings and cabinets. Our general contractor began the work removing the existing carpet, appliances and countertops. We assisted him in selecting the new carpet and countertops. He worked tirelessly with his own team to make our vision a reality. Once he had completed all of the work, it was time to bring the stagers back in. They helped transform the empty rooms into warm inviting spaces where Buyers can visualize their own life.
